constitute an agreement that the person making it, along with the leasee, trainer, manager, agent, coach, driver, rider,
and the horse: 1) that every rider is eligible as entered; 2) that the owner
and any of his/her representatives are bound by the rules of the Show and
will accept as final the decision of the Show Management on any questions
arising under said rules and agree to hold the Show, Columbia Horse Center,
Inc., Columbia Association, directly or indirectly from the negligent act or
omission of said officials, their directors, employees, or agents of the
Columbia Horse Center, Inc. or the Columbia Association. |
